The journey that your mind, body & soul go on through pregnancy, birth & motherhood is truly transforming, and each journey is a once in a lifetime experience. 

There is a lot of information and support around what to buy for your baby and how to prepare for sleep, birth & breastfeeding – unfortunately, there is not a lot of discussion or support around the emotional changes that you will go through!

When I was pregnant with my first baby I found I lived a lot in my head and asked myself questions like…am I too selfish to be a mother? Am I going to be a good mother?  Will I love my baby?  Will my baby love me?

When I had my baby I found I was isolated & alone and it was easy to slip into damaging stories around my self worth, self-love and respect. 

As new mothers, we know our bodies go through many changes – but we don’t realise the changes our mindset & emotional wellbeing goes through from maiden to mother. 

Which is why I have created this challenge so you can find ways to be calm, connected and confident to make the right choices for you and your baby on this amazing journey into motherhood!

No worries! You can do the daily challenges at your own pace and time, any time before 12 July 2019 .

...I don’t like the challenge after I started?

Then just don’t do it! We are not twisting your arm here and it is completely FREE so you have nothing to lose!

...I need help or have questions?

No problem! As long as you join our private Facebook group, you will get answers and help throughout the challenge.
