What you actually need to do:

  3. Head to the daily post in the Facebook Group to share your homework!

Day 2 re-writing your motherhood stories

Day 2: Re-Writing Your Motherhood Stories

Your mission, should you choose to accept it: In today’s challenge, we will be talking about re-writting your motherhood stories

Why you need to do it: It’s important that you are aware of these negative stories and how they impact your everyday life.  The more you are aware and can notice them, the more you can change them to be positive and more inline with your true self. 

What you actually need to do:

  1. Print off the worksheet and write down your notes in the video
  2.  Watch the video
  3. Head to the daily post in the Facebook Group and post your homework!

Day 3 GRATITUDE JOURNAL

Why you need to do it: Often as pregnant & newborn mothers it’s easy to get lost in feeling overwhelmed, isolated and lonely – finding some things everyday that you are grateful for will help ground you to find peace & joy in those moments you need them the most. 

What you actually need to do: 

  1. Print off the worksheet and write down your notes in the video
  2.  Watch the video
  3.  Share your homework in the Facebook Group

Day 4 LETTER TO FUTURE SELF

Your mission, should you choose to accept it: Today you are going to write a letter to your future self around when your baby is 6 months old

Why you need to do it: The purpose of this activity is so that you can imagine and work towards a future life with your new beautiful little life.  Whether this is your first or fourth baby writing down a positive story you can turn to and work towards will empower you each day to work towards your ideal life. 

What you actually need to do: 

  1. Print off the worksheet and write down your notes in the video
  2.  Watch the video
  3. Write down your letter to your future self and share it in the Facebook Group.

Day 5 POSITIVE AFFIRMATIONS

Your mission, should you choose to accept it: Bringing baby home is such an overwhelming and exciting moment!  I want you to be in a good mindset & what better than Positive Affirmations! 

Why you need to do it: Positive Affirmations are a really quick & simple way to bring positivity into your life…and who doesn’t want more of that?

What you actually need to do: 

  1. Print off the worksheet and write down your notes in the video
  2.  Watch the video & download audio track to keep!
  3. Post your homework into the daily thread in the Facebook Group 
  4. Share what you have loved about this challenge, what you have learnt and how this challenge will help you prepare from bump to baby!
