Your mission, should you choose to accept it: Today we are going to talk about- What to Pack in Your Hospital Bag. It’s a good idea to get your hospital bag packed by around the 32-34 week mark to be prepared.

Why you need to do it: It’s one thing to read a few blogs and see what to pack into your bag, and another thing to have each item explained to you and understand why you may need them! You may already know some of the products and items I will discuss with you, and some will be completely new! So make sure you check this one out as it’s a good one!! 

What you actually need to do: 

  1. Print off the worksheet and write down your notes while watching the video
  2.  Watch the video
  3. Head to the daily post in the Facebook Group to post a photo of your completed list! This will be a great chance to see if you are missing anything from your list by checking out everyone else’s lists!

Day 2 PLAN WHAT TO INCLUDE IN YOUR BREASTFEEDING & POSTPARTUM SURVIVAL KIT

Your mission, should you choose to accept it: In today’s challenge, we will be talking about what to include in your Breastfeeding + Postpartum Survival Kit.

Why you need to do it: It’s important that you have an understanding of some of the items you may need to support you on this journey and get them ready before baby comes.  This gives you time to shop around and find the best ones for you and your budget! 

What you actually need to do:

  1. Print off the worksheet and write down your notes in the video
  2.  Watch the video
  3. Head to the daily post in the Facebook Group and write down 3 things that make you happy that you can do daily once your baby arrives, and any of your concerns that you have for motherhood/ once your baby arrives.I will try and answer this over the next couple of days!

Day 3 TOP 5 BABY MUST HAVES

Day 3: Top 5 Baby must haves

Your mission, should you choose to accept it: Today I will share with your my 5 Baby Must Haves.

Some of these you would have already heard of, or maybe even thought of, and some may be totally new to you!  I will be sharing lots of tips and tricks and explaining the items fully and what to look out for!

Why you need to do it: If you have been out shopping for your beautiful baby yet, you would have noticed that there are hundreds – even thousands of items on the market telling you that you MUST HAVE these items!  That simply isn’t true… so don’t miss this one – as I’m sure it will save you some $$!

What you actually need to do: 

  1. Print off the worksheet and write down your notes in the video
  2.  Watch the video
  3. Write down 5 things you will need for baby and write down some questions you may need to ask/ research/ think about for your baby and how you vision your baby.  What do you feel will work? Jump into the Facebook Group and pop down your top 5!!! 

Day 4 WEEKLY NOURISHING FOOD PLAN

Day 4: Weekly Nourishing Food Plan

Your mission, should you choose to accept it: Today we are going to have a quick look into how you can enlist some help with the food planning front & I will share with you some of my favourite freezer recipes – you will get to write down a week’s worth of meals!

Why you need to do it: It’s important that you are prepared with nourishing meals before your baby arrives so that you have food to sustain you in those first few weeks and months of life with a new baby (trust me you will be thanking me later for it!).

What you actually need to do: 

  1. Print off the worksheet and write down your notes in the video
  2.  Watch the video
  3. Write down a week’s worth of meals in your meal planner and share into the Facebook Group.

Day 5 BRINGING BABY HOME

Your mission, should you choose to accept it: Bringing baby home is such an overwhelming and exciting moment!  We are going to discover what those first few days can look like and I will share with you some tips to help you thrive in those first days and weeks with your newborn baby.

Why you need to do it: This is such an important rite of passage for a mother to go through and I want you to be as prepared and relaxed as possible.  I will share with you a few things that mothers have said they would share with themselves if they could go back in time!

What you actually need to do: 

  1. Print off the worksheet and write down your notes in the video
  2.  Watch the video
  3. Post into the daily thread some of your concerns for bringing baby home. Share what you have loved about this challenge, what you have learnt and how this challenge will help you prepare from bump to baby!
